Franz Kafka and PragueThe name and life of Franz Kafka is inseparably connected to Prague: Prague was his home and his inspiration as well. Fare forth with us up his street: walk through the medieval alleys of Old Town where Kafka loved to spent his time after the sanitation of Jewish Quarter, look through his birth house, visit a yard of former German grammar school where Kafka used to study, you will see a window next to which Kafka used to work behind his work table, we will show you literary cafés that Kafka often visited and of course, we won’t miss a street where Kafka met Felice Bauer for the first time. Through the medium of your guide you will hear about his life not from current literary scientists and their modern analysis of Kafka, but from his parents, sister, nanny, femme fatale and his friends - esp. Max Brod.
